Basic Event Service
Our Auction Expert Will:
- Arrive at your event 2 hours prior to event registration
- Set up and testing Auctionpay Event Payments terminals
- Train volunteers/staff on Event Payments terminals
- Train volunteers/staff on Auctionpay Event Software for use at the event
- Perform Sync 1 between terminals and event software at event
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot throughout the event
- Stay through event check-out
Premium Event Service
Our Auction Expert will:
- Offer pre-event consultation up to 30 days prior to your event
- Provide an additional 4 hours of event consulting upon request
- Arrive at your event up to 4 hours prior to event for logistics review
- Set up registration area at event
- Perform event software check prior to event
- Set up and test Event Payments terminals prior to event
- Train volunteers/staff on Event Payments terminals
- Train volunteers/staff on Auctionpay Event Software for use at the event
- Perform Sync 1 between terminals and event software at event
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot throughout the event
- Stay through event check-out
Premium PLUS Event Service
The Premium PLUS Event Service includes everything in the premium package, PLUS, bringing in our own staff of Auction Experts who will:
- Arrive 2 hours prior to event registration
- Set up Auctionpay terminals and registration table
- Run Event Payment Terminals during guest registration
- Perform sync 1 between terminals and event software
- Run Auctionpay Event Software throughout the entire event
- Collect silent and live auction bid forms
- Enter sales during event
- Print out receipts and deliver to winners
- Run guest check out
