The initial one to two-hour complimentary consultation consists of a meeting between a bridal consultant and the wedding couple and any others that might be assisting with their wedding decisions. At this meeting we will discuss the types of services available, offer budget guidance, and answer any questions you have to get your planning started in the right direction. Your bridal consultant will provide you with a wedding planning worksheet and a list of Soirée preferred vendors.
For the Organized Bride
Occasionally, brides want to plan their own weddings, but may need some help getting started. We will sit down with you and set up a step-by-step plan so that you will feel confident during your wedding planning. This includes 6 meetings with a Bridal Consultant throughout your planning process, wedding worksheets, a detailed budget plan and endless creative ideas to make your day special and unique.
If you would like to ensure that every last detail is taken care of, we will help you plan your wedding from start to finish.
When you choose Soirée to help you every step of the way, the package includes several one-on-one meetings to discuss wedding details, vendors, timeline, budget and more.
This service will provide you with supervision and management of your ceremony. We will take care of the coordination of music arrangements and ceremony details with your officiate, greet your guests as they arrive and hand out wedding programs, Form the processional line up and support you with any emergencies and last minute details. This service also includes clean up of flowers and decorations after the ceremony.
We will decorate your reception site with your decorations according to your specifications and oversee that your florists, musicians, bartenders and caterers have set up according to your plan. We will also make sure that your tables and linens are perfect including your guest book table, gift table and cake table(s). We will also provide favor placement, centerpiece placement and set up your “Reserved” cards and table placement cards.
This includes all of the duties provided in the Reception Set-up and Decoration service as well as assigned guest seating, coordination of efforts with the other vendors that are present, bridal party announcements upon arrival and overall supervision of events so that your reception runs smoothly and you are able to relax and enjoy your wedding!
Our “Every Step of the Way”, “Day of the Wedding”, “Rehearsal/Ceremony” and “Reception Only Coordination” allows for one primary coordinator and one assistant to attend your event. However, some weddings can be involved with many different events and it may be necessary to bring in an extra pair of hands. Additional assistants also available for an additional fee.
If you don’t want to commit to a package, but would like assistance on certain aspects of your wedding, we can help. We can be contracted for an hourly rate or help you to create a custom package, depending on your needs.
