ABOUT  Soirée   

Lauren Hull, founder of Soirée, is a Bay Area Native.  After graduating from The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles with a degree in marketing, she was hired as the production manager for The Albany Berkshire Ballet in New York.

In 2002, Lauren relocated to Sun Valley, Idaho, got certified as a wedding consultant and opened a wedding planning company called “ I DO…” Weddings & Events.  After two cold winters in Idaho, she knew that she wanted to live in California and moved home. Rather than opening her wedding planning company in Marin, she accepted a position as the event coordinator for Headlands Foundation . Over the next 3 years, she helped  raise a million dollars for different deserving charities throughout Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties.

Realizing that fundraising was her passion, Lauren decided to find a way to combine her excitement of planning, and creativity, as well as her love of making a difference in her community.  This enthusiasm inspired her to design a company that would allow her utilize her experience and desire to give back to others.  

And so, Soirée Events & Creative Design was born.
